Pros

Great pay, good products, good research and development in Europe. Good benefits program. Very tough to find enough pro's to fill the 20 word minimum required here by Glass Door!

Cons

Upper management needs to understand the business. They also need to value the employee. Repair shops have no parts on the shelf, turn around time for customers work is 2 to 3 times longer than competitors. They are all talk and no show.

Management is poor, when the world's economy is going down at next year but this company's management require you to INCREASE PRICES in order to achieve the goal. this strategy is the only way they can think. what's the problem with them?

Quality products and a good reputation worldwide.

Cons

Management is lost, sees only short term gains. Highly political, doesn't value people and their skills, always pushing to get more out of them, but is less enthusiastic when it comes to keeping their promises. DON'T trust them, don't rely on them.
