Poor reputation for how it treats its employees...Unless your are one of the chosen few, or part of the chosen group...you will only tread water no matter what your contributions, as your manager and others will take all the credit. Accounting and IT get all the support and bennefits they need....yet the people that actually create sales, support sales and develop new products get the short end of the stick and are squeezed and given more procedural non sense that makes your job even more difficult. .

Too many politics in the office everyone is out to stab everyone in the back. Management including HR are horrible. The person they have in HR needs to learn what HR really is. It's sad when you know more then she does and she doesn't even do her own work that she was hired for. All of the employees for years wonder if they have a job the next day. Too many lay offs every year. They hire their favorites from outside and then hire their children to work their as well. The Sales department need to learn how to sell instead of laying off the hard workers lay off the salesmen. Peoples paycheck always get messed up that is the fault of both corporate and local. Its been that way for years. Too much work load and not enough pay. The management have been hiring inexperienced people and paying them way more then the experiences employees.
