      Pros

      Good health plan, very good employer match for 401K, fair to good entry level employer for 1st step in career path.

      Cons

      Remarkably disconnected business strategies (sometimes non-existent) within and across market / business segments. Continuous disorganization and lack of stability in aftermarket service. Continuous push to do more with less, expecting higher profitability. Company is still not globally aligned, and is transitioning away from being a technology leader to a sales driven organization. Salary starts out OK, but does not keep pace with experience gained. A 10 year man is already behind the curve by quite a bit.

      Innovative products, supports team oriented people and rewards achievement. Great people. Global company.

      Cons

      Unless you understand cultural differences you will need a thick skin. This is a multi national so opinions and strategies are plentiful. Respect and perform and you shouldn't have many issues. Depending on the country support for some product lines / market segments are too remote.
