Has good product line with very good market share. Has good history. Latest developments like global HR, online intranet systems are been seen a boost to employee satisfaction. its better late than never.

Cons

Not good support from parent European companies on management and technical aspects. European technical team is not capable enough to understand customer demands since i have no clear guidelines and guidelines change every alternate months. Lots of power centers No/least patents
