Decent pay, good benefits. Good mix of talented people that want to be successful. Global opportunities for advancement and adventure.

Cons

Senior management is all "glass half empty" type people. Good, professional people in operations and sales are deflated by negativity and foolish profit demands with no investment in growth. Too much turnover of people.

The company is really a Technology leader hence the products with clear USP's are design from decades ago. Clear strategy is missing and too many changes happened during last 3-5 years.

Cons

Management doesn't care about employees and are busy with internal politics. Everybody seems to be only interested in own career.
