A global company with a long history and decent industry reputation for its products

Cons

Poor reputation for how it treats its employees...Unless your are one of the chosen few, or part of the chosen group...you will only tread water no matter what your contributions, as your manager and others will take all the credit. Accounting and IT get all the support and bennefits they need....yet the people that actually create sales, support sales and develop new products get the short end of the stick and are squeezed and given more procedural non sense that makes your job even more difficult. .

Comfortable work environment with emphasis on human element in business. Trying to implement new management ideas and expanding business.

Cons

Company brand is highly recognized within engineering circles only and has low visibility. Undergoing changes in structure which is affecting current business, but may become an asset later. Need to improve on compensation policies, which are on the lower side of the market average.
