Pros

Talented people come together and create a synergy to be reckoned with. Diverse team that bring their A game every day. You are FORCED to be better! Office is great - back patio is soothing. You'll be able to enjoy the sun or the shade. Snack shelf is decent. Fast growing business.

Cons

HONK is still going thru the pains of a start up, a lots to learn. Cohesion in between departments is getting there.

If you get sick, you still better go in. Drs notes don’t count.

Pros

Got great experience dealing with distraught customers. Fully stoked kitchen. Still good friends with people from there. Because they are open 24/7 it's easy to work around a busy schedule.

Cons

Because you never knew what type of call you were going to get it was very stressful. Sometimes I would pick up the phone and it would be someone screaming because they'd been waiting on the side of the road for hours. Other times it would be a tow truck driver calling in and cussing because we hadn't paid them yet.
