Pros

I've worked at HONK for a couple years now and over the past few months I have realized what a great company this really is. We moved to working from home and everyone has been really amazing at helping us feel comfortable with the change and right now I'm just feeling so happy with my job as I've seen family and friends around me lose jobs. People are constantly checking on me to make sure we are okay from hr to supervisors to the head of the call center. Just felt the need to thank everyone!

Cons

Last month was very busy! Most of the time the workload is manageable and glad we hired more people to help but at times when we are understaffed it gets really hard.

Pros

They were so accommodating and believed that if the employees are happy then production and longevity would stay up. The job itself is challenging as you make and take calls to customers who are stranded on the side of the road and things can get a little stressful for them. It is so rewarding though to make the final call to them and everything went smooth and they are where they need to be safe and sound.

Cons

I worked from home for them for a little while and then moved out of state. unfortunately it is not a state that they will work through yet. Sometimes in the job though you do have to talk with angry customers or service providers and possibly angry clients as well.
