Honk is an absolute waist time. Call Center is loud and next to the kitchen so it's impossible to provide good customer service when there's background noise. There is no longevity at this company average employee lifespan is 3 to 6 months. No great technology just Google maps for roadside assistance. Very depressing working environment everyone is on edge everyday. Phone's and desk are shared on a table like elementary school. Poorly managed that's why the turnover is so high. Dogs around the office bumping your legs while you are on the phone. 24 hour operation which isn't that bad but all shifts are depressing there due to moral. Check other reviews everyone selects less than a year... Why??

Built elegantly lean + dynamic, leadership exhibits grit, ingenuity, and resourcefulness. The company is extremely agile. The preference of openness over hierarchy and innovation over the tried & true stands out. Everybody's ideas are considered through unprecedented internal access across departments. Operations are bound to the dev & data science teams while executives communicate clear goals and updates to the entire organization.

Too much free food + free coffee.
