Pros

Snacks, coffee and delivered food a few times a week. Good benefits and liberal with time off. Really the perks were the only good parts.

Cons

Management is pretty entitled. First they mostly sit upstairs so you don't really interact with them. The open floor plan concept is great, if everyone is in the same environment. Within my first week I had 3 people tell me they were employee #___ as if this was Google and they were sitting on a retirement plan. Besides that, the job felt like one big con, scamming people out of money and up-charging them in a moment of crisis. Morally, it sucked.

Pros

The building is startupy and looks cool. Parking for your car, too.

Cons

Nobody in higher management cared about issues brought up. Ideas to improve aren't listened to. Management expects us to deal with issues we haven't been trained about. No upward mobility. Worked to hard for the amount of pay.

Great place to learn how a start-up functions

Pros

Challenging job but great training in place to make it easier to learn as you go. My first start-up job and the team does a good job of being transparent about where the company is headed and what is going on. I feel like I have learned more about how a company operates in my three months here than the last year at my past company.

Cons

Priorities quickly change but felt like I was always given a reason why they were changing. Hours are tough but understand that people break down 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With that said, never worked over 40 hours a week.
