Pros

HONK is a well funded startup with strong leadership and great people. The management team does well hiring to fit into the culture. Perks: Health Insurance, Uber to work, food & snacks, company outings, espresso machine

Cons

Parking can be an issue. Company growth is happening fast so the pace of change can be challenging if you're not used to a startup environment.

Pros

I spent months trying to find a startup in Los Angeles. Coming from the Bay Area, I had high standards, but luckily I found HONK. Data drives the executive team's decisions, there is a ton of autonomy, and everyone trusts their fellow colleague. There is a great social balance, and everyone here stands behind the vision. This is truly a great company, made even better by the location (Santa Monica).

Cons

Yea, the free snacks tend to run out, but really, that's the least of my reasons for joining a startup.

Pros

HONK is an amazing company to work for. I have never before worked with a group of such brilliant and talented entrepreneurs until I joined the team. Providing stranded motorists with quick roadside assistance at fair and affordable prices has been extremely rewarding. Every day when I walk in the office I look forward to learning something new and challenging myself.

Cons

There is really nothing bad I can say about HONK. Sometimes our massive weekly delivery of complimentary snacks runs low but it is quickly replenished.
