Limited Growth Opportunities: management prefers employees to remain in their current roles for extended periods rather than encouraging professional development and advancement. Limited Voice: Expressing opinions or concerns may lead to being dismissed or facing repercussions, don't offer salary increases, 2 percent raises at most Poor Work Culture: minimal social interaction or engagement among colleagues. Lack of Diversity HR is horrible and unsupportive

Pros

Good pay, structure, and staffing. Friendly managers and supervisors.

Cons

Not enough to do during a shift. After your assigned line check was done you had 10-30 minutes of downtime before the next product check. Often technicians would be on the phone due to lack of work. Employees that craved new opportunities were not given them and this went unrecognized by leadership.
