      Pros

      There are a lot of very good and professional folks to work with in HP. People who are working all hours of the day and night supporting things all over the world. A good team spirit.

      Cons

      There are too many things to do from all of the people who have left. If you are conscientious you will end up doing way too many of them for yourself and your team. Your manager won't likely even know what they are or who does them. If they interfere with the less meaningful work the managers want done they will complain or argue about what other team should do them.

      Good experience and people are wonderful to work with. I wanted to stay working there but it wasn't in the cards.

      Cons

      Changing market place changed the way the company does things. It's a different company from the way it was a few years ago.

To your point about our revenue, I'd like to add that even in the midst of separation and soft markets, we outperformed the market and gained share in every region, maintained our #1 or #2 position in 48 of top 50 countries and introduced new products that have already won awards and acclaims in global press and analyst coverage.
