      Pros

      Depends completely on the org, but make sure to change jobs every 2 years or you will be laid-off. This isn't a problem, just have the mindset of always having 1 foot out the door.

      Cons

      You get 1 week of pay for every year worked when you get laid-off, so plan accordingly. Make sure you take every bit of vacation and time off, you won't get that even if you haven't taken it when they lay you off.
