Pros

Great work environment with a well respected team of HR professionals. They've been voted a top workplace and deserve the recognition.

Cons

This is not a negative but encouragement to continue to stay connected with individuals working "on site" to promote loyalty to the HR Works team.

Pros

The senior managers truly practice what we preach as an HR consulting services company. I am given autonomy to do my work and rewarded in a number of meaningful ways for the work that I do. I feel fortunate to work here.

Cons

Growing fast has its pains. However, the organization is doing a great job continuing to communicate with employees and gather feedback on how they can continue to be an employer of choice.
