Pros

Consistently on the Best Places to Work list. If you're interested in any area of HR, this is the place to be. Woman owned company with a lot of transparency between layers.

Cons

Offer a lot of benefits that are affordable for single coverage but family coverage is outrageous. Pay tends to be on the low side
