HR Works is hands-down the best company I have had the good fortune to work for. Leadership is sharp, humble, respectful and extremely fair. The work environment is the healthiest I have ever worked in and the employees are genuinely good people.

Cons

I have no cons to share - can't speak highly enough of this organization.

There are no pros to working here

Cons

Average benefits. Terrible leadership. Time off if non-existent. SO MUCH favoritism. DEI and community efforts are a joke for how much they're promoted. Technology is even worse. They put on a face of one big happy family, and that should be the biggest red flag.
