Pros

Nice location downtown, gym and cafe are in building.

Cons

You are micromanaged and your every move is watched, you have to park 2 blocks away and pay a rediculous fee to do so because their parking garage is full, communication is poor, work organization is poor, poor work-life balance/flexability.

Pros

PTO. Real nice to leave that place.

Cons

If you want a place that will chew you up and spit you out, you found it. The number 2 guy came from Metavante. It was that that he learned to push people til they drop, fire 'em, and pass it along to the next poor person in line. A bad guy, and so is his boss. It is starting to look like the real Metavante - the chairman wants to package it, sell it, and pocket what he can. Same with the local guys. The head guy never changed his license plate from Minnesota - maybe he's thinking of going back there after the sale. A lot of people have been waiting a long time for the chairman to retire - who knows, maybe they'll get their wish.

Pros

This is a growing industry, so we're always hiring. Salaries are decent and we have a generous PTO policy. In addition, all employees are offered the opportunity to use 4 work hours per quarter for community volunteering (while getting paid).

Cons

The workload tends to be heavy and stressful most of the year. Makes work/life balance difficult to achieve. Certain processes and procedures take too long and hinder productivity. Most people are great, but as with all companies, there are a few non-team players.
