Good training, good co-workers, decent benefits, more full-time oriented positions.

Cons

Lack of available leads and supervisors to give good support. Must work in a field that contributes to the bad system of High Deductible Health Plans. Progressives be advised.

Pros

I worked at HSA Bank for a little over three years. In the time that I was there, I grew tremendously professionally. I got the opportunity to work with some great managers and colleagues. Although the work load was heavy at times, I felt there was a good work-life balance. HR tried their best to be helpful but I could tell they were struggling at times with all the constant issues that came up. Overall, the job itself was enjoyable - it really was just some of the people that made it unbearable at times.

Cons

Like many corporate companies, there is way too much office politics. Some of senior leaders have way too much ego and tend to go on "power trips." Instead of collaborating and making the company feel whole, they are more "dog eat dog" and will chew up anyone who gets in their way. Respect goes a long way! In addition, managers never get rid of the low performers who bring down their teams. Ironically enough, those low performers are always the ones who complain the most and cause the most issues.
