Nice people at HQ - folks try

Cons

Service is terrible, no real differentiators and sales leadership feels berating the team creates greater morale. There is zero brand recognition in most markets, zero marketing or lead generation and very few positive references.

Pros

Benefits are decent , pay for what we do is ok, and I really truly feel they try to be inclusive and diverse. I do appreciate that.

Cons

How they communicate procedures and changes is scattered and inefficient, Their tech is kind of bad for a financial institution. Their quality assurance is super picky for the customer facing side but other departments not held to that same standard .
