Pros

Great work atmosphere and fun contests

Cons

Your expected to have 2 minute calls with 30 seconds between calls. It is not feasibly possible to verify acct, find out problem, resolve the issue, complete notations i n 3 places and stay within the 2 min call and 30 seconds notation times.

Pros

The workforce is ready to do what it takes. More than the average number of vacation days. Turnover is high, so you can grow your network quickly.

Cons

"It is What it Is" Thanks. "Drinking the Kool-Aid" A tasteless reference to the Jonestown Massacre of 1978, this expression means to blindly accept something, such as a company’s “mission statement.” "Buy-In" Agreement on a course of action, if the most disingenuous kind. “Asking for someone’s ‘buy-in’ says, ‘I have an idea. I didn’t involve you because I didn’t value you enough to discuss it with you. I want you to embrace it as if you were in on it from the beginning, because that would make me feel really good.’” "Low-Hanging Fruit" You’d rather not have to climb the tree to get your apple, so you curb your hunger by picking the low-hanging ones. Same goes for business tasks and opportunities. "Think Outside the Box" To approach a business problem in an unconventional fashion. Kudos to a Forbes.com reader who suggested: "Forget the box, just think." "Hard Stop" An executive with a "hard stop" at 3 p.m. is serious about ending the meaning at 3 p.m. Very serious, and also very important---or at least that's how it comes off

Pros

Good vacation, some nice people. Supervisors are in the same boat as little people. Fast paced. Nice locations.

Cons

Upper management solely focused on numbers. . If you work for Sales or new business unlimited budget, dinners lavished with bottles of alcohol, off site meetings, resort events.
