Pros

Yearly bonus is on the fantastic side of things. Actual physical office and environment was comfortable. Great place to coast and retire from? (If you have no ambition and have given up on your career)

Cons

Never ending break-fix work backlog Innovation is often stifled with little to no actual support and budget behind it. No real path toward career advancement, save for some token nudges along the way. An absolute "good ol' boys club". Mostly "I think I'm to cool and smart", self absorbed personalities in "leadership". The right people get pushed out, likely because of the perception of not falling in line with the heavy hand and rigor for the oppressing parent (Webster)

Pros

Generous PTO and free beverages. The end.

Cons

Very hierarchal. Can’t speak to someone above your boss without getting in trouble. Webster Bank (owners) have too much control over day-to-day operations. Difficult to be promoted depending on your boss. You can be told you’re the star of the team, but be given nonstop excuses as to why you can’t move forward. It’s no wonder several higher-ups have left to start up their own HSA businesses.
