Pros

Vacation time, some of the people are amazing, blah, blah, blah. The program seems to think there should be more pros for HSA Bank. I guess there probably should.

Cons

No recognition of hard work, zero support, no training, completely unrealistic workloads, bad pay, worse benefits. We have people walking off the street with no industry experience making more than current fully trained employees. The cherry on top of the crap sundae is that the fully trained, poorly compensated employees are expected to train the new, clueless employees. Explain that logic? And no, the new employees don't have more education. In some cases, they have less. I can't wait to leave.

Pros

Good vacation, some nice people. Supervisors are in the same boat as little people. Fast paced. Nice locations.

Cons

Upper management solely focused on numbers. . If you work for Sales or new business unlimited budget, dinners lavished with bottles of alcohol, off site meetings, resort events.

Pros

Great people to work with in general; Great vacation benefit

Cons

Very few promotional opportunities (out HR person doesn't like to hire from within); Pay is deplorable; few departments have strong managers; too much "Red Tape" to deal with from Webster Bank (our parent company); Most people are expected to do the job of 3 people or more; Horrible communication from Webster, they change policies frequently and never communicate the changes.
