      Pros

      Down-to-earth executives, focus on life/work balance, great people. Have not experienced politics, employees respect each other and get along well. The monthly get-together promotes camaraderie among employees of all levels. Recognizes talent and promotes deserving employees.

      Cons

      Everyone has to have lunch in the café, which has limited space (only snacks are allowed at workstations). Not encouraging for our team's pizza lunches.

      -Great starting platform and some room to build up within the company -If you work hard enough they do recognize you -Staff is very friendly and helpful

      -Salary is very low considering the amount of work that is done -Benefits could be improved
