-Out dated system and a lack of interest in updating their system.

-Low ballers on salary. I mean disrespectfully low compared to the amount of work given.
-lack of training. Really, they don't train you at all.
-management second guess themselves consistently

-no loyalty. Unless youre really good friends with "chief operating officer and executive vice president" AND the " vice president of operations". Serious case of favoritism. You'll soon find out once you work here how these two operate. Queens of the "blame game" 0 accountability. Horrible manners. Always embarssing employees and cursing too. Not cool ladies!
