      Pros

      The company is growing and lean so you are unlikely to be laid off. Not a micromanaging environment. Nice people.

      Cons

      It's all about the initial compensation at HUB. The benefits get worse every year. Wage and salary caps. This place is about top executives first, producers second, and the rest are viewed as lucky to have a job.

      Pros

      Working from home, work involves accounting journal entries, budget, variance analysis, wears multiple hats to learn a lot of finance and accounting.

      Cons

      Works 50-60 hours a week when was told 37.5 is the normal. No one works 37.5 hours and if you leave on time it is frown upon. Lots and lots of turnover. Pay is way below market. Some difficult people to work with as questions when working on stuff is seen as annoying. A big figure out mentality is used. Will get upset when one struggles and asks questions. Not much room for career development.

      Pros

      Hub recently became pretty flexible with their scheduling, COVID playing a huge role. Decent benefits. Some room for advancement but you have to show that you want it

      Cons

      Producers are gods here. Management does not care about your hard work/accomplishments unless you’re a brown noser. Sometimes feels like the work is overloaded and the pay should be higher for what you put in. My office is very openly religious and political. These topics should always be left outside of the workplace
