      Hours 9-5, hour lunch, near shopping malls.

      Cons

      terrible mgmt, hastley acquiring too many agencies. Over working employees, no appreciation. Unable to recognize good talent. Benefits costly/

      Not so great of an enviroment

      Pros

      Co-workers were great and supportive. Team environment was encouraged by my co-workers and they were really the only resources available for knowledge and help.

      Cons

      Wages are not competitive with other local agencies - no cost of living increases, unless you are a management favorite. Management has non-existent communication. Management does not encourage employee growth where an employee could strive to be promoted, unless you are a management favorite. Former co-workers have indicated that things have not changed since I left.

      Pros

      I was able to help people find coverage to fill in gaps in their insurance portfolio.

      Cons

      With so many mergers and acquisitions, the company has focused on growth without strengthening the internal departments. It is like departments compete with each other, even if it is the same department but a different location. The inter-departmental communications are severely lacking. If you don't get along with someone or fit in, the culture is that of an "old boys club". ( There wasn't an option but I wish I could give half stars for Work/Life Balance, Senior Management, and Culture & Values. )
