      Overall a good environment, with competitive pay

      TERRIBLE Benefits. Nearly every employee is shocked at the level of benefits a company that boasts of it's success provides. In the place of benefits, we are given "carrots" like "healthy living tips" and healthy lunches every now and again. But, when your loved one needs surgery... you realize how bad the benefits you have actually are.

We’ve recently expanded our PPO and High Deductible plans along with other voluntary benefits offered in order for you to choose options that will best fit your personal situation. If the options offered are not meeting your needs, please talk to your local HR manager to share what other options you’d like to see offered.

      Large brokerage firm with great Legal Department and some decent tools and resources for clients

      Poor management, no incentive to grow, toxic environment; like working in a morgue.
