      Great company if management would get out of their own way

      -Good benefits -Flexible with time off -Fully remote (as of this review) -No micromanaging as long as your desk is not falling behind

      Cons

      -Lower pay compared to similar positions -Understaffed/high turnover and management doesn't considering staffing to be the issue -Randomly increased workload due to understaffing -Little to no raises -New hires will make more that veterans for the same position; i.e. the pay range shifts but current employees do not see a shift with it -Constantly shifting workplace goals and projects without much follow through -Management and supervisors are hard to connect with unless they reach out to you first

      Fully remote, incentive program, great client communication materials

      Cons

      Book of business is too large with full scope of work being required (day to day client and employee service, renewal including analysis, full marketing, presentation and employee communications, new benefit implementation, manage BenefitPoint, Smart View, and Persona). Culture is not meant to build people up and promote them.
