Pros

Experience. I guess if you decide to stay for longer than the month long training, you may learn a thing or two about the industry, but that’s about it.

Cons

The company as whole. They hire kids who act like immature babies, always drama on the floor. They won’t give people real titles, instead they give you an acronym of an animal and call you important. You aren’t important. They don’t care about you. They shower you with pot lucks and incentives to blind you from the low pay and horrible job.

Pros

Depending on the location you work at, the people are great and the office atmosphere is enjoyable

Cons

Company only cares about bottom dollar, not the clients needs or wants, They require you to justify you carrier selections if you don't place clients with the top tier commission structure.

While the CA Region has implemented a number of measures to keep employees informed of opportunities including the monthly Recruiting Newsletter listing all open positions and the bi-weekly “Hot Jobs” announcements, we are always seeking new ways to make sure the environment is conducive to professional development. We always look to our internal employees first when filling positions as a means of fostering a career path. Additionally, the company provides a number of online training courses so employees can continually develop their skills. We continue to focus on employee development as a critical component to the HUB experience.
