Pros

Friendly environment. Easy work, training provided. Not a bad time just stressful for people who are trying to excel and make more than 16 an hour.

Cons

Very limited and growth. The leads make maximum close to $20 I don't think they're looking to put anyone on salary except for the people who started the company. They're very slow at giving yearly reviews due to the slowness this year when covid 19 happened not only did we get a 3% cut and pay we also lost our yearly review because it took them so long so we actually also lost our 2% raise that usually takes place. The whole team has been brainwashed to be very positive so they will present you with a promotion that has basically a dollar raise with way more responsibility and stress and expectations. they choose their leads based off friendliness instead of leadership qualities or actual abilities to do the job. I think this is because the turnover rate is so high that they are focused on making sure they have a friendly atmosphere trying to keep people to stay. Other positions in the Lewisville Coppell have a starting pay for data entry at 16 an hour and for CSR's at 18 an hour I would suggest looking there first otherwise consider starting here and applying after you get a couple of months experience.

Pros

Some talent mostly in home office.

Cons

Male dominated, no clue how to transition out old owners who do nothing positive or meaningful. Leadership is never engaged in the Raleigh NC office. Last acquisitions took organization backwards. Not willing to listen to any proven success recommendations. The best talent has left the building as they see through the BS and checked out. HR is not supportive authentically of employees - politics politics politics - favorites and did I mention "good ole boys club" but they are Neanderthals?

Pros

Great benefits, PTO and company perks. Lots of opportunity to learn and take on more.

Cons

Executives are given entirely too much to handle that’s not really the job of an account executive such as accounting, admin work, etc. They are incredibly understaffed so they overload employees with double the work. I’ve watched people cry at their desks from stress. Passive aggressive behavior by management, they secretly make employees report back to them telling them what the other is doing (not healthy). They don’t allow work from home and have no work life balance although it’s promised in interviews. They claim to be innovative but they just sell it that way to get you in the door.
