Cocktail parties for employees every month, occasional outings.

Job title and pay does NOT reflect duties. Employees are petty and disrespectful toward the front desk (specifically CO, can't speak on offices in other states). Producers think they can speak to people (especially the front desk) however they want. The company boasts about "opportunity for growth" and how they "promote within", but I have yet to see one person from the company promoted. People who are favorites bully and get away with a lot. Supervisor expects the front desk to know everything and do everything for everyone, if you don't, you're useless to them. An insurance brokerage that offers the crappiest of benefits - how ironic.
