No room for growth- poor compensation

Office is nice, free lunches sometimes

Cons

Very little room to grow in your role. Everyone is overworked, and underpaid. Every year Hub claims to have "record growth", but I guess only management is seeing those profits. Zero training program

Pros

Work from home..but you will be micromanaged to death

Cons

-No work/life balance -The WORST compensation plan (the company will take all your commissions) -You will be micromanaged to death -all nonstandard/trash leads -Impossible expectations -Management thinks all the employees are stupid/blind to their bullsh*t -no bonus opportunities -constant changes that only negatively effect the sales agents -no opportunity to advance within the company -I would not recommend working for this company to my worst enemy
