      Some pros but mostly cons. Micromanagement central

      Pros

      Location is close to highways, ability to work from home on a hybrid schedule, corporate laptop provided, benefits package is comprehensive and reasonable for what you’re getting

      Cons

      Micromanaging as if you were in grade school. Pay isn’t awful but really could be better. Work life balance is non existent - plan to work all hours of day and night, including weekends. With the amount of experience some of us have we shouldn’t have to be micromanaged as much as much as we are. Some departments are also grossly understaffed and turnover can be an issue.

      Located next to a nice restaurant

      Cons

      Low key racist staff. Was warned about it by 3 different peers on 3 different occasions. The salary was not worth the uncomfortable environment. Would not recommend anyone who is a minority to apply or accept a position with this company.
