Management is unfair to employees and there's no way to move up in the company. Unrealistic timelines, too many projects per person.

Lots of friendly people. Good hours. Great work life balance. Good pay.

Cons

Your not allowed to switch shifts. Things in life change and if you cant continue to work that shift i think it shouldn't be out of the question for the company to try to do what they can to get you on another shift.
