Not that great of a training methods for new hires, specially management training.

9 to 6. no mandatory company dinner.

Cons

no career path. no program for employees when you use your holidays, you should be permitted by supervisors. And they don't want you to use your perk! even it is your own right.

Good pay and the fellow employees are nice

Cons

The workload was way too much, and management did not want to see it. Favoritism on both sides of customer service is rampant, and only certain CSR’S get everything. Bosses seem to thrive on Gossip.
