      Busy and Growing

      Pros

      Treated like a person not a number. Growing like crazy. Clean environment. Conditioned environment (A/C). Not talked down to. management has had talks with us as though they are trying to improve as much as possible.

      Cons

      Growth is so fast it is hard to keep up. Point system (late, miss day) is hard to understand. Other people say there are "clicks" but I see it as do your job and worry about yourself

      Work load can be pretty manageable, office staff is great, management treats employees with respect. I actually like this job, and will probably stay for a while
