      Everyone in the Accounting Dept works as a team to complete tasks necessary for good financial results.

      -standard holidays -2 weeks vacation to start -ok, but not great, pay -some really good people, others, not so much

      Cons

      -employees are looked down at by upper management and seen as disposable -seemed like fairly high turnover -non complete agreement for 1 year post employment

      Pros

      Some products are actually innovative. People (besides management) are really nice to work with. OK place to work if you want a job not a career.

      Cons

      The management does not want to invest in people. They fail to realize why valuable people are leaving the company. Employees do not feel valued by the company. Some managers are not qualified for their positions. Promotions are really really rare.
