Pay. The owner is generous in giving, especially when we pull through and work hard.

Cons

Lack of structure, direction, or organization. What they want, and how they want it, may be imperative for the day and insignificant the next. Or constantly receiving two contradictory orders from superiors is tantalizing and regressive. And the attitudes and belittlement. Don't speak condescendingly, or swear; its lacks integrity, intelligence, and moral.

Pros

Haas can be company to work for only for a short period of time.

Cons

It is high pressure and stressful. The pay is lower than what I have found out that is paid by other companies for the same positions. Monthly bonuses are given if you have met the requirements. Haas does dangle the bonus over you head and uses it as a tool in keeping the employees in line. Bonuses are not Guaranteed!
