Cons

Management is taking a different direction--not sure where--but lots of people are leaving. I'm sure there's a reason management is laying off long term people who helped build the company but it's degrading the morale.

Location, benefits, systems are great. Other than that not too many positives.

Cons

No human resource management, no respect for employees, typical stressful atmosphere and toxic environment.

Very generous pay at the time. Overtime is plentiful and even white collar positions got time and a half.

Cons

Oh my god. This is a culture where screaming, yelling and bullying is encouraged and is led by example from the very top. What the hell is wrong with these people? For a culture that works selected people very hard, it's discouraging to watch them being rewarded by passing them over in favor of toadies who ape the behavior. You are encouraged to join in the behavior or be a victim to it.
