great work environment, friendly people to work with, good insurance coverage, good communication within department, good opportunities to work with other people outside US and gain knowledge of industry.
Cons
poor communication between divisions, sometimes put in the middle of 'political battles', very little control over some aspects of the job - have to rely on Switzerland and how they want it done.
