Decent products and pay is good if you know how to negotiate.

Cons

No-one in a middle management role knows what to do about the constant changes mandated from senior management. Not 1 ounce of leadership and morale is constantly very low.

I have been at Habasit over 5 years and cannot believe how this company stays in business with poor management from the top executives. Working here is extremely frustrating, it is so difficult to get anything done right.
