Opportunity to grow under certain circumstances. Teams help each other. OK Benefits.

Cons

Lack of knowledgeable Leadership. Revolving doors of key players. Lack of diversity in upper management. Operating on small scale with little structure and processes. Below avg pay. PTO a joke.

Pros

Co-workers were great, and are a group of dedicated people to work with.

Cons

Management is another story. They manage by fear and intimidation. Workers are in constant fear of loosing their jobs. This is not the way to motivate people.They are determinded to make Customer Care into a Call Center. They've got it headed into the wrong direction.

Pros

Good processes and Great employees. Product quality was good and services provided were reasonable. Overall Benefits pakages was competitive with other companies in the industry

Cons

Too many upper managment changes between 2012 and 2014 and the company lost sight of the customer and became inward focused.
