      Pros

      Great area to live in. Decent pay. Good benefits. If you work hard you can make out alright and afford to live comfortably in this nice community. Stable financially.

      Cons

      Very difficult to advance. There seems to be crony mentality. Takes a long time to get a job and takes a while to become team member. Not very open to new ideas. Very conservative.
