      Pros

      I get to work on things that affect everybody, water quality. There is adequate holiday. I enjoy my opportunity for development.

      Cons

      It's a very lean business and so it's sometimes tough to get everything done. The management style can sometimes push too hard and the expectations are that you don't meet your goals. This can sometimes push people further but it can also be demoralizing at times.

      Late nights, on the job/road and still have work to do when you get home.

      I was working with Marsh Mcbirney in Frederick, MD for the last 9 years. In 2005 company sold to Hach. Hach is located in Loveland, CO. Unfortunately I co not move to CO. I was working from home based location in Frederick, MD with Hach. But they eliminated my job because Hach wants to have all employees working from CO
