Pros

Lots of career progression opportunities, perks are good, posh office, most colleagues are solid, pay is in line with other publishers

Cons

Too much emphasis on 'the four pillars' 🤢, can be a bit of a soulless machine at times

Pros

Good company benefits Nice colleagues Good location

Cons

Every person I know is doing the work of 2-3 people by themselves. People who should be at mid/high end of their salary brackets are on the lowest range. Employees are rarely told when they're doing a good job, only made to feel awful when they've made a mistake.
