Pros

Good facilities and people. They encourage cross company communication.

Cons

It can be slow to progress with all the red tape surrounding promotion and pay increases. I had a decent salary for the company but it’s not comparable to doing the same role in a different industry. Publishing needs to address its salary failings.

Pros

great team, caring people, lots of support, interesting work, lots of learning opportunities/ training

Cons

pay is low but that's an industrywide problem. promotion is difficult if no one is looking out for you. low on giving you answers re: contract or promotion

Pros

Lots of benefits outside of usual expectations

Cons

Needs to be committed to implementation because they believe it will make a difference to the culture rather than a tick box exercise
