      Cons

      Nurses are lazy and speak down to their technicians. Pay is typically around $21.00 with a bachelor's degree, significantly less with no higher education.

      Pros

      The clinical teams and the non-clinical teams really are patient focused, and care more than people realize.

      Cons

      The company has gone down hill since Hackensack and Meridian merged. It's all about branding now. No more Holiday bonuses, yearly reviews with pay increase are a joke. They do not care about the team members at all. It's all show. Some amazing people have left the company, it was truly a lose for the patients.

      Great team - good support going remote during COVID.

      Cons

      No path for growth, no sense of personal time or time off, especially when everyone went remote during COVID. And absolutely no appreciation or acknowledgement of knowledge brought to one's position that often saved critical hours of processing.
