Pros

Benefits were great until they changed to a cheaper plan with less benefits

Cons

Ever since John Lloyd left this business has gone down hill. Christmas bonus’ have decreased, minimum waged increase to what is extremely close to what nurses start at, no covid pay was given, people were forced to deploy from their current position to work on covid floors who havent done patient care in years let alone critical care. We were not provided with proper PPE for over a week and even then were forced to put our N95 mask in a bag (where germs are confined) to reuse for an entire week before allowing us a new one. With all the extra money they got from the government for their 30% falsely documented covid cases they only gave a small bonus to their employees and that was only because they would have had to send back any unused money. Bob is all about the money and completely changed what used to be a wonderful family friendly caring appreciated work place into a money mill. Its truly sad

Toxic Work Environment

Business Outlook

Pros

Flexibility with scheduling and benefits.

Cons

Management does not focus or care about it's staff. There are various issues with communication from an ineffective office manager. Confidentiality is non-existent within HR and gossiped about between management and staff. Making a complaint against "favorites" who have no consequences for their actions, therefore reflects on your job performance which can lead to termination. The environment is toxic which can lead to employees being extremely unhappy and unfocused. It's a "watch your back" kind of mentality which is never healthy for any employee. Expressing your thoughts and concerns to higher management is an on going issue that will never be resolved.

Pros

Long term Job security. Decent benefits.

Cons

Upper management is out of touch. Poor communication within staff. No opportunity to advance without applying for a new job. No information provided to employees working on legacy systems anout there job future once those systems are retired. Maximum yearly raise for best performers is consistently below wage inflation statistics.
