Business Outlook
Pros
Excellent pay, great benefits, 12 hour shifts for nursing staff which allows for time off. Some of the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Most of the staff will always go out of their way to help you if needed.
Cons
Work on top of work, always the mentality to do more than humanly possible. Over-time is strongly frowned about and one will hear about it for sure. Parking for employees is mostly off site and you have to be bused in. One must allow extra time to get into work on time.
